Shopping
- What is my dog's size?
Dogs come in all different shapes and sizes, so be sure to check the size chart before you order. Garments are available in regular sizes (XXS-XXL) and will fit dogs from about 2lbs all the way up to 35-40lbs. The size chart only reflects Scutte products and are general approximations, so please be sure to measure your dog. If you have any questions please send us a message.
- How do I wash my garment?
All of the products are preshrunk, and were previously worn by a human - so wash as you would with your own clothing - dark colors = cold/cold, brights = cold/cold, whites = warm/cold.
- What does "unisex" mean?
Unisex items are meant to be worn by both girls and boys. All Scutte items are unisex, we don't discriminate!
- What kind of fabrics do you use?
All items are made from recycled material (human clothing). Most items are made from 100% cotton but some made from poly or poly/cotton blend (collars).

- What are your shipping options?
All individual orders are shipped ground using USPS for a flat fee of $5.00 (incl. shipping and handling)..
- What are your shipping charges?
There is a flat shipping charge of $5.00 to the continental US.
- Do you ship internationally?
YES! We are happy to ship to any international destination. An additional $10 international shipping fee will be applied to all packages with a shipping destination outside of the United States. Most international orders will usually arrive within our standard two week delivery time, but on occasion may take additional time to be delivered. We thank you for your patience.
We're sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs charges. When ordering from outside of the US, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.
- Do I need to sign for my shipment when it arrives?
No, we do not require a signature for residential deliveries. If you wish to place an order with delivery/signature confirmation, please call 415.269.7196 or email sales@scutte.com to place your order.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- If you want to change or cancel your order, email sales@scutte.com or call us at 415-624-9317 within 24 hours from the time that your order was placed.
Merchandise is mailed within 1-2 days of receipt of order (M-F), so if your order has already been shipped before you notify us, you will have to return it to us before a refund or exchange occurs.
- How can I check my order status?

- What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Scutte purchase, simply return your merchandise to us in it s original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for your refund or exchange. We do not reimburse shipping and handling charges. All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. For your protection, we suggest that you send your return with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Scutte reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your returns upon receipt of package. Please ship unused item and packing receipt to the following address:

Once we've received your order, products are shipped within 2 business days and our average delivery time is 5 - 7 days, depending on the shipping destination, but on occasion can take up to 14 days. For an additional charge, you may expedite your shipping at checkout.
- What if I have not received my package?
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt to contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.
