I hope everyone had a great Halloween weekend! Harley and I celebrated by going to the SF Puppy Prep Halloween Happy Hour on Fri night. It was super fun and there were lots of doggies all dressed up!
Big thanks to Aishe and Steph over at SF Puppy Prep for letting me table up and sell some Scutte stuff!
Here’s a shot of Harley and I right before we left: Harley wasn’t dressed yet - he went as Elvis.

Harley just turned 1 year old on Saturday (oct 24th). On Sunday we went to the Southpaw/Pawtrero Halloween Party which was a Muttville Fundraiser at Pier 40 in San Francisco. For his first Harl-ween, Harley went as good ol’ Elvis! He looked great in his sequin jumpsuit, scarf and sunglasses!
After the Muttville party we headed over to the Alameda Small Dog Park Halloween party. We got there late so we missed the costume contest but everyone got a kick out of Harley’s outfit anyway. I let him run around in his outfit and it was hilarious watching him run with his bellbottoms waving in the air, haha!

One of our favorite Muttville models, Willy, has found his forever home. You may recognize Willy on the official Scutte contact webpage, our business cards and he’s printed on all the hangtags!
Congrats Willy!

It was brought to my attention this week that our phone number wasn’t working (i was wondering why I hadn’t been getting any calls) ….apparently ATT gave my phone number to someone else… didn’t know they could do that! I do apologize for any inconvenience that has caused anyone trying to reach us - we have a new phone number!

Again, my apologies!

It’s official! We’re starting an on-going donation program to help raise more funds for Muttville. What does this mean? …It’s fall and our wardrobes are all switching back over to winter clothes - so why not get rid of some of those old tshirts and neckties that you won’t be wearing next season?
Instead of throwing out your old clothes or trucking them to the thrift store, why not send them to Scutte? We will transform your old unwanted items into glorious, fashionable tops and collars for dogs (and cats). …and as always, the remnants from these items are made into fun catnip toys!
Better yet, we will donate 50 cents per item donated and a portion from the sale of Scutte products to our non-profit partner, Muttville. That’s a donation doubletime - and the more you send in, the more items we can make and the more $$ we can give to Muttville… it’s a win-win!
What we’re looking for:
Tshirts and Sweatshirts - kids sizes and adult
Neckties - yes, neckties… all sizes! (please no clip on)
Where to send:
Scutte - Donations
588 Sutter Street #326
San Francisco, CA 94607
If you have any questions, email kira@scutte.com.

Look at cute little Murphy wearing his Superman Scutte tee! I just received these pics from his mom, photographer Lauryn Byrdy in Ohio.

We love spying Scutte tee’s! If you have a Scutte shirt, take a pic of your favorite furry pal wearing it and send it to me at kira@scutte.com I’ll blog the pics and you’ll earn a spot on the Scutte Website!
